Management Structure

Small Project Fund (SPF) supports small projects within Priority Axis 1 and 4. The management of the Small Project Fund is realized through two umbrella projects. One on western part of the border region and another one on eastern part of the border region.

The Lead Beneficiary of the Small Project Fund (SPF LP) – a beneficiary who, in his name and on behalf of the SPF partner / partners, submitted an application for a financial contribution to umbrella projects and is responsible for the implementation of the Small Project Fund. SPF LP is the main contact point for administrative and qualitative evaluation. The SPF LP for the Western Programming area is: EGTC Raba-Danube-Vah. The SPF LP for the Eastern Programming area is: EGTC Via Carpatia.

Small Project Fund Partner (SPF P) – beneficiary realizing an umbrella project that has entered into a partnership agreement with the SPF LP. In the frame of the Interreg V-A Slovakia-Hungary Cooperation Programme the umbrella projects for the:

Western Programming area are implemented under the following partnership:
• EGTC Raba-Duna-Vág
• Trnava self-governing region
• Szechényi Programme Nonprofit Office LLC.

Eastern Programming area are implemented under the following partnership:
• EGTC Via Carpatia
• Košice self-governing region
• Szechényi Programme Nonprofit Office LLC.

Monitoring Committee for the Small Projects Fund (SPF MC) – The Monitoring Committee is a body appointed by the SPF LP to select and monitor the implementation of small projects and approve documents related to the implementation of calls for proposals of small projects.

Info points complete the work of the Joint Secretariat on local level. They provide update information and, in case it is needed, professional help to applicants and beneficiaries. The Programme has regional Info Points for theWestern Programming area in Bratislava and Nitra in Slovakia.
